These terms cover the public website at app-pottery.com and early access to Kiln tooling offered by App Pottery IK. They are a plain-language stub, not a full commercial SaaS agreement.
The site
Content on this site is provided for information about App Pottery and Kiln. We try to keep it accurate; we do not guarantee completeness. Marketing copy does not create a contract for paid services unless we agree separately in writing.
Kiln (early product)
- Kiln helps design workshop agendas and review learner submissions using the Claude API. Outputs are drafts; the trainer remains responsible for what is delivered to clients and learners.
- Do not submit confidential client data, secrets, or personal data you lack a lawful basis to process.
- Third-party APIs (including Anthropic) have their own terms and usage policies. You are responsible for API keys and costs under your account unless we agree otherwise.
Training & consulting
Corporate workshops and consulting engagements are scoped in separate proposals or contracts. Nothing on this site is a binding quote.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Latvian and applicable EU law, App Pottery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or early Kiln tooling. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights are not excluded.
